Created an interior design concept for Pietrini Pizza Napoletana, located in Los Alamitos, California. The interior includes restaurant seating, a pizza bar to showcase the traditional wood-burning oven and creation of the Napoletana Pizza; and a craft beer bar. The interior design goal, through balancing the mix of natural materials and fixture selection, was to create an experience that reflects the authenticity of the traditional food and ingredients and to capture the artisanal taste and quality of the Pietrini’s recipes which have been passed down through the family’s generations.
